We can conduct personnel evaluation and aptitude tests for probationary employees of our client to ascertain their qualification for regularization and/or the need for retraining, to the end that only those who are capable shall be retained in their service. We also conduct seminars and lectures for employees of the client who are nominated in the supervisory and managerial positions for the purpose of evaluating their mental and physical capabilities, as well as of educating them of the duties and responsibilities attached to the positions for which they shall be promoted.
