THAT, We are the actual and lawful possessors of the land consisting of _________ square meters, more or less covered by described in Tax Declaration No. ________, more particularly described and bounded as follows:

THAT, on __________, we cause the survey and subdivision of the above described parcel of land into two (2) parcels namely ___________ each consisting of 30 square meters, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

THAT, SPS. ________________, signified their desire to purchase a portion of the above-subdivided parcels of land specifically Lot _____ and all existing improvements found therein and under the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. That upon the execution of this instrument, Sps. __________ shall pay in favor of Sps _________ the amount of P__________.
2. That upon the execution of this instrument, the Sps.____________ shall immediately take possession of the above-described land (Lot No.____), including all improvements found therein;
3. That the present positions of all improvements found therein shall be respected and shall not be destroyed and or disturbed by any of the parties, their assigns, heirs and administrators, perpetually;
4. That the metes and bounds of the properties of the parties shall be that described on the survey plan hereto attached and made an integral part hereof;

THAT FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE FOREGOING, We ____________ hereby WAIVE, TRANSFER, CEDE, CONVEY and QUITCLAIM in favor of Sps. _____________, who are of legal age, married to each other and residents of _________________, all their rights, claims and/or interest over Lot _______ and all improvements found therein, free from all liens and encumbrances.
