AGREEMENT

We, the undersigned as the First Party do hereby set our hands to execute this agreement willfully with the Provincial Government of Tacloban, represented by Mr.GANDI LUGASAN, OIC Provincial Human Resource Management Officer, as the Second Party;

That the First Party has received the Cash Incentive of P 7,000.00 from the Government sometime in July 2007;

That as requirement of the government, any employee under Job Order status who has an approved appointment in July is entitled to Cash Incentive;

That the First Party received the P 7,000.00 Cash Incentive with an approved appointment but did not report to duty in the whole month of July, 2007;

That the First Party is incapacitated to return the said amount despite its willingness to do so;

That the First Party, do hereby promise to serve the Second Party voluntarily in their detailed offices (ODH) in the whole month of September 2007, in lieu of July without additional compensation and would not expect anything in return from the Second Party;

Now, THEREFORE we hereby affix our signature in good faith as to the agreement herein stated, this 8th day of August 2007, in Kansas Cty, Kansas’
