Subject: Renewal of designation as Special Disbursing Officer (SDO)

I hereby approved effective June 1, 2oo7 pursuant to Executive order No. 292 (Administrative Code of 2000), is the renewal of designation of ARVIN RAGENIL as Special Disbursing Officer of the company, with a maximum cash accountability of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00) for Procurement, subject to the following conditions:

a. The cash advance to be drawn shall be limited to the actual cash requirements for the month. No additional cash advance shall be granted if subject SDO has more than two (2) outstanding cash advances.

b. The authorize maximum cash accountability shall not be used in encashment of checks, granting cash advances to personnel, disbursement for intelligence/confidential expenses, and shall not be exceeded without prior approval from this Department.

c. This designation is valid for the duration that she is occupying the position of Buyer IV and performing the duties thereof, unless sooner terminated by competent authority.

It is understood that subject SDO shall comply with the existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations, and the prescribed rules and policies of this Department with regard to handling of public funds.
